Hot-Dipped Galvanized Pipe is in manufacturing process using steel pipes of removed rust dipped into zinc liquid of 500℃ temperatures, and making steel surface attached zinc layer so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion. Especially in Australian market, Hot-Dipped Galvanized Pipe AS 1163 is widely used in construction, high quality industry and high quality agriculture, which requires pipes to have high resistance against high pressure, corrosion, harsh weather conditions and oxidization.

Hot-Dipped Galvanized finished products are perfect for jobs that require longer lasting protection against all weather and all conditions. Hot-Dipped Galvanized Pipe AS 1163 coating is applied to both the external and internal surfaces with a minimum coating weight of 300g/m2, applied in accordance with AS 4792. The standard end finish is a plain end.
