Step 1: Heat incubation
From the input material of cold-rolled coils, the steel coils will go into the NOF (non-oxidizing furnace) furnace to anneal to the appropriate temperature before entering the galvanizing process. The hardness of steel is also adjusted according to technical requirements.
Step 2: Galvanized
